In 1983 while illustrating a historical children's coloring book, Janet was asked to paint a portrait of a summer home. She has specialized in commissioned house portraits ever since.
"I love the chanllenge of painting architecture, and I also enjoy working with customers to capture their memories."
Janet will trim your bushes and plant your flowers. She will paint your portrait exactly as you want it. You can even choose the season. House portraits come in various sizes, determined by you.
As a freelance artist, Janet also has been commissioned for historical buildings, businesses, boats, cars, florals, people, and pets.
